OFFICE SOLUTIONS (SE) LTD CUSTOMER RETURNS POLICY

GENERAL

1. This is the Seller’s Customers Return Policy referred to in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
2. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Returns Policy and the terms of any of the specialised product groups returns policies then the provisions of the relevant specialised product group returns policy will prevail.

RETURNS

1. The Seller has the discretion to accept the return of any of the Goods supplied to but not required by the Buyer. A handling charge of 20% of the invoiced value of Goods supplied will be levied if the Buyer does not inform the Seller within 5 working days from the receipt of goods.
2. The Buyer may not return Bespoke Goods or any Goods marked as non-returnable in the price list.
3. The Seller will only consider accepting the items to be returned if they are in their original inner and outer packaging and none of the packaging written on or labels attached.
4. The items to be returned are in otherwise satisfactory and may be re-sold at the price that would have been paid by the Buyer.
5. If a return is accepted a credit note will be issued in the sum of that part of the purchase price paid in respect of the goods returned less deductions for the Seller’s costs as set out in condition 1.
6. The Seller will not accept the return of any items - which have been removed from their packaging or any food stuffs or food products or cleaning products.

CLAIMS PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS

1. The Seller’s sales office must be informed of any claim in respect of any returns by facsimile, e-mail or by telephone giving the reason for return. Notification must be made within the time limit of 5 working days.
2. The Seller requires the invoice/delivery note number, description, product code of goods for return and the quantity to be returned.
3. The Seller will acknowledge the request and arrange a collection of the goods to be returned.
